    Description

    Say goodbye to the frustration of fidgety hand guard expansion plugs with Warp 9's innovative Tapped Handlebars. 

    These handlebars feature ends that are plugged and tapped with an M8x1.25 threaded insert, providing a secure and reliable mounting point for all aftermarket wrap-around hand guards. No more worrying about plugs pulling out or spinning during crashes; our robust design ensures you're good to go, even when you encounter obstacles.

     Not using hand guards? No problem we got you covered! Each set of handlebars comes with aluminium grip guards and stainless bolts, offering protection for your grips and delicate throttle tube in case of a get-off.

    Designed with an oversized 1-1/8 inch (28.6mm) clamping diameter that tapers down to 7/8 inch (22.2mm) to accommodate standard controls. Crafted from 7010 T6 aluminum tubing and featuring computer-extruded variable wall thickness, they effectively reduce vibration while enhancing overall performance and comfort.

      Most Warp 9 Products are CNC Machined from 7075T6 aluminium for a lightweight durable build and anodised into a variety of colours to match other aftermarket upgrades.

      Many products feature additional hardware such as bolts, seals and even loctite as standard.

      Titanium parts can be fitted to a large amount of standard Warp 9 parts to take them up to the next level in terms of strength and aesthetics.

      Warp 9 have a large amount of titanium products for E-Bikes. Not only do these look great on your bike but they also reduce the weight, improve the strength of fittings and won't rust like steel does.

      Titanium is around 45% lighter than steel which is important if you're looking to save weight on your bike.

      Some products such as the Warp 9 Light Switch are packaged with titanium bolts as standard.

      Most of the current lineup of products are upgraded to the V2 line which improve on the previous versions.

      The newest V3 linkages feature traditional Zerk fittings that fit most grease guns.

    Can I buy direct from Warp 9 in the USA?

    No - as we are the UK distributor for Warp 9 E-Moto/Bike parts all of the UK stock is held with us.

    If it's available to purchase with Warp 9 in the states then we will have it, if it's out of stock with them them it will be out of stock with us!

    The upside to this is that you can have you products collected or delivered in the UK saving you time and money on delivery costs from the USA.

    Why is warp 9 more expensive than other aftermarket parts?

    Warp 9 are the best quality upgrades for e-bikes on the market.

    Not only that but most products come with the hardware you will need to fit them to your bike and also extra features such as grease zerks for easier maintenance.

    We would always recommend Warp 9 parts for your E-Bike if your budget allows for it.

    Are Warp 9 parts compatible with other aftermarket brands?

    Some Warp 9 parts may fit and others may need some modification.

    Please check with the team before if you are unsure as we cannot accept modified items for return.

    What is the difference between a fixed and floating rotor?

    Fixed Rotor:

    • Fixed rotors are like a part of the wheel; they don't move separately.
    • When you brake, the whole wheel and rotor stop together.
    • Common on regular road bikes.

    Floating Rotor:

    • Floating rotors can move a bit independently from the wheel.
    • They have some play, which helps with better braking and less heat damage.
    • Often used in high-performance or off-road bikes

    Anodised colours can look different than expected because of a few reasons:

    • Anodising Method: The way anodising is done affects color consistency.
    • Dye Quality: The quality and amount of dye used matter.
    • Anodising Details: Things like voltage, temperature, and time influence color.
    • Lighting: Different lighting can make colours appear different.
