Warranty Policy

Our products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers any defects or issues arising from non-user error, ensuring you receive the best quality and durability. Below are the key details of what is covered and not covered under this warranty:

PLEASE NOTE, WE OFFER A RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY. FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE FIXED BY US IT IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE VEHICLE TO OUR WORKSHOP TO BE REPAIRED. ALTERNATIVELY WE CAN SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM AND SEND YOU PARTS ONLY. WE WILL REQUIRE THE VIN NUMBER AND IMAGES/VIDEOS OF THE FAULT TO PROCESS THIS. 

 

Manufacturer Warranty Periods: 

STARK FUTURE: 2 Years Parts & Labour 

SUR RON: 12 Months Parts & Some Labour (Please check prior)

STOMP: 30 Days Parts & Labour 

EBOX: 30 Days Parts & Labour / 5 Months Parts Only 

KAYO:  30 Days Parts & Labour / 11 Months Parts Only 

REVVI: 30 Days Parts & Labour / 5 Months Parts Only

KURZ: 6 Months Parts Only

 

What the Warranty Includes:

- Non-User Error Defects: Any manufacturing or material defects that impact the functionality of the product.

- Battery Malfunction: If the battery fails to perform as expected under normal usage, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

- Electronic Failures: Issues with internal electronic components that occur due to no fault of the user.

What the Warranty Does Not Include:

- Wearable Parts: Items subject to regular wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, or brake pads, are not covered.

- Crash or Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, drops, falls, or improper use will not be covered under the warranty, regardless of how long you have owned the bike for. 

- Third-Party Repairs: Any unauthorized repair or modification will void the warranty.

- Used Bikes (All Makes) 

When purchasing a used bike please bare in mind that warranty is at our discretion and a maximum of 30 days warranty is provided on main components. If you wish to receive full manufacturer warranty please purchase a new bike. 


Important Note:

All warranty claims and repairs must be addressed exclusively at our Wakefield workshop. Any attempt to repair the product at another location or by a third party will invalidate the warranty. Ensure that all services are completed through our certified Wakefield service centre for the warranty to remain valid.

Please also note: If you purchase a bike from another shop then the warranty is only valid with the shop you bought it from.

The only exception to this is if you have been told explicitly from the manufacturer to bring it to Go Off Road for repairs (e.g. Stark Future).
