SPREAD THE COST WITH FINANCE!

HOW DOES YOUR FINANCE WORK?

At Go Off Road we offer 3 different finance options - Snap, Klarna or Humm.

Finance is available for any purchase over £300. This includes bikes or parts.

All finance purchases MUST be applied for and completed online. Finance purchases cannot be completed in store or over the phone by our staff members.

Please also note that the finance agreement is done through a third party (Snap/Klarna/Humm) and Go Off Road is simply known as the “introducer”.

This means that we have no say in regards to you being accepted or declined for finance, nor do we have any say in the amount you can finance.

In some cases, the finance provider will not provide the full amount for the product.
Example: You want to buy a Sur Ron Light Bee for £4000, They will only finance £3000. This means that the remaining balance of £1000 will need to be paid in store or via bank transfer.

You can also reduce the monthly payments by paying a deposit at the beginning of your finance agreement. This is entirely optional.

Similarly, you can also part exchange your bike you bike with us towards your new bike meaning that you would have to finance less overall.
Example: You want to buy a Sur Ron Ultra Bee for £6500, you part exchange your Sur Ron Light Bee with us for £3000, meaning you only need to finance the remaining £3500 rather than the full £6500.

If you are declined finance with one provider you can still apply for it with one of the other providers.

You can usually reapply for finance with a provider who previously declined you after 30 days.

Your finance agreement is not in place until you have agreed and signed it. Therefore you can apply for finance to see if you are eligible without committing to any payments. This is ideal for customers who are unsure if they are eligible or not for finance.

Most finance agreements are in place for 30 days so you can check whether you are eligible or not and sign it at a later date if needed. If the agreement is not signed within the 30 days you will need to reapply for finance.

Please note: Some of our providers offer finance cards. These cannot be used on our store for any purchases so please double check this when filling out your finance agreement.
