E-BIKE SERVICING
PACKAGE A:
- Full Bolt Check
- Check & Grease of Moving Parts
- Full Health Check Report
- Full Deep Clean of Your Bike
This level of service is required after the first 185 miles then at 600 miles and then every 600 mile after that to keep in line with your manufacturer’s warranty.
It is also recommended if you have had a fall, drop or crash without any observable damage as there could be underlying issues that will occur at a later date.

- New belt & fitting
- Front & Rear Brake Bleed
This level is recommended for riders who are out riding more consistently or who haven’t had a service done in a long time as the belt and brakes will need maintenance. This package is cheaper than purchasing each part individually.

The full works. Ideal for customers who put plenty of miles on their bike, have an older model or have just purchased a used bike that needs plenty of work. This package is cheaper than purchasing each part individually.

BRAKE BLEEDING
Whether you’re out riding every day or your bikes sat collecting dust in a shed - over time your bikes brakes will require maintenance.
Brake bleeding with high quality mineral oil or DOT4 fluid will help bring your old, spongy brakes back to life without the need to completely replace your current brake system.

TYRE FITTING
The reality is - off road bikes are going to need new tyres and tubes more often than most other vehicles.
We can swap over your old or damaged tyres and tubes for a new one in our workshop.

Please note: There is also a disposal free of £2.50 per tyre if old tyres are left with Go Off Road.
E-BIKE FAULT DIAGNOSIS
If your bike isn’t working and you aren’t sure what to do then bring it down to our workshop and our expert technicians will diagnose the issue for you.

POWER UPGRADES AND TUNING
Want more power or top speed for your bike? We can fit your new controller, motor and battery in our workshop.
Parts Fitting - £50 Per Hour
Tuning is recommended after fitting a new controller and motor to make sure that your upgraded bike is running optimally.

BATTERY DIAGNOSIS & REPAIRS
Let’s face it - getting a brand new battery is expensive. If your battery isn’t charging to 100% or has stopped working altogether then it may be more cost effective to get it repaired.
Starting from £120
Please note: Battery repairs are not completed in house but with an external company we work alongside with. The average turnaround time is 4-6 weeks but can take much longer - please take this into consideration before bringing your battery in for repairs.
