• 360 DEGREE TURBINE TECHNOLOGY

Leatt helmets feature category-defining 360 degrees Turbine Technology, the helmet is lined with 360 degrees turbines, which are discs constructed from an energy-absorbing material designed to allow the head to move slightly inside the helmet during a crash reducing rotational, direct, and deflective impact energy. This technology has two key advantages, the reduction of rotational acceleration to the head and brain and the absorption of energy upon impact at concussion level.

HELMET FAQS

What do the numbers in the product name mean?

The number in the name of the helmets refers to the protection rating.

All Leatt products have a protection rating from 1-10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

Despite this, Leatt Helmets are great quality safety gear so even a 2.5 helmet will offer excellent protection for riders.

Which helmet should I choose for my child?

For the youngest riders around 1-5 years old we recommend the Revvi lightweight or MTB helmets.

For 5 years and up the Wulfsport or Leatt helmets are heavier helmets but offer better protection than lighter helmets.

I've seen similar helmets cheaper online?

In the wide world of Bike helmets - these are actually on the cheaper end of the spectrum!

Leatt helmets are excellent quality protection gear and feature 360 turbine technology for better protection against concussions.

Bike helmets are absolutely worth the investment to keep you safe when riding. We chose the 2.5 range as they offer excellent protection at an affordable price point.

In our world, crashes are a reality. Give yourself the best possible chance of keeping trauma to a minimum, buy the best helmet you can find to protect your head and brain.

I can't find the helmet I want in my size or design

Revvi lightweight helmets are now discontinued and replaced with the Revvi MTB helmets.

Leatt will be releasing new helmets in late 2025 so keep an eye out for new stock arriving in store and online.

Can I return my helmet?

Unfortunately helmets cannot be returned for safety purposes. A dropped helmet may appear in perfect condition but the internal parts which protect your head will be damaged.

We recommend measuring your head or popping into store to try on our products before hand.
