STARK FUTURE Warranty

Stark VARG EX ALPHA 80HP ROAD LEGAL - Go Off Road Barnsley

1. Warranty Coverage

Stark Future warrants that Stark Future Products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when delivered.

Stark Future designs and manufactures its Products to deliver the best possible balance between performance and quality. However, this does not mean that the Products are indestructible.

Stark Future will be liable for defects arising in the Products within two years from the date of delivery to the acquiring end-user, unless otherwise specified by applicable local regulations.

The use of Spare Parts for warranty claims does not extend the original warranty period, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

2. Warranty Remedies

Where applicable, the legal warranty may result in the Product being:

  • Repaired by Stark Future;

  • Replaced with a Product of similar characteristics; or

  • Returned to the customer.

Stark Future will ensure compliance with all applicable local legislation. The specific remedies and procedures may vary depending on the applicable legal framework and the circumstances of the Product concerned.

Stark Future reserves the right to determine whether a Product will be repaired or replaced. Stark Future may also use new, reconditioned or remanufactured parts when carrying out warranty repairs, provided that the Motorcycle continues to conform to the warranty requirements.

Outside of the warranty period, Stark Future reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a repair may be carried out partially or entirely free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
