Revvi Warranty Terms & Conditions
Manufacturer's Warranty
Go Off Road supplies bikes that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
For Revvi bikes, the manufacturer provides a 6 month limited parts warranty from the original date of retail purchase against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at the manufacturer's discretion) of defective parts only.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
-
Brake pads and discs
-
Tyres and inner tubes
-

-
Cables
-
Grips
-
Plastics and graphics
-

Cosmetic damage
-
Batteries that have not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
-
Any consumable or service items
The warranty also excludes damage, failure, or loss resulting from:
-
Improper assembly or installation.
-
Incorrect maintenance or failure to carry out routine servicing.
-
Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or rider error.
-
Competition, racing, stunt riding, or commercial use.
-
Improper storage.

Use of non-approved or incompatible parts or accessories.
-
Water ingress, pressure washing, flooding, or use in conditions beyond those intended by the manufacturer.
-
Failure to follow the manufacturer's operating or maintenance instructions.
Circumstances That Void the Warranty
The warranty will be deemed void if the motorcycle has:
-
Been modified, altered, or tampered with from its original specification.
-
Been hired, leased, or rented to third parties.
-
Been used for commercial purposes unless expressly approved by the manufacturer.
-
Been repaired by an unauthorised person where such repair has contributed to the fault.
-
Sustained damage due to neglect, misuse, or accidental impact.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted through Go Off Road LTD before any repair work is undertaken.
Go Off Road LTD or the manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the bike and any allegedly defective parts before authorising a warranty claim.
Customers will be required to provide:
-
Proof of purchase.
-
The motorcycle's frame (VIN/chassis) number.
-
Photographs or videos of the fault.
-
Additional information to assist with diagnosis.
Unauthorised repairs carried out before approval may invalidate the warranty.
Duration of Use
When assessing a warranty claim, the amount of time the motorcycle has been ridden or the number of hours of use is not the determining factor in whether a claim is accepted.
Parts-Only Warranty
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, this is a parts-only warranty.
Labour costs for diagnosis and installation, transportation costs, collection charges, travel expenses, loss of use, or any consequential losses are not covered.
Where inspection or repair is required, the motorcycle must be returned to Go Off Road LTD or another manufacturer-authorised repair centre. The customer is responsible for all transportation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Extended Warranty
Neither Revvi nor Go Off Road do not provide a manufacturer backed extended warranty.
