E-RIDE PRO Warranty

WARRANTY COVERAGE

E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to offer a limited one-year warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”).

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable.

As of 27/05/2025, E Ride Pro has updated this policy to remove the mileage limitation on warranty claims.

The Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper maintenance; or

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

What Is Covered

The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Frame

  • Motor

  • Battery

  • Other major components.

Exclusions

Normal Wear and Tear:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unauthorised modifications.

Batteries:
The warranty for the battery is subject to gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal. Battery capacity reduction is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.

Consumables:
Items expected to wear out over time, including tyres, brake pads, belts and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.

Third-Party Accessories:
Any third-party accessories, aftermarket parts or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please complete our warranty form or send an email to:

When submitting a warranty claim, we require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue or fault

  • Details of the customer who purchased the bike

  • The Product model

  • The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

E-Ride may request additional information such as service history.

Once the information has been received, we will review the claim and advise you on the next steps.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components.

The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use of the Product, or any other expenses or losses incurred due to a warranty claim.

Disclaimer

This warranty policy is subject to change without notice, and the Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at its discretion.

Any modifications will not affect the warranty coverage of Products sold before the change in policy.
